We don’t do traditional returns — every shirt is made just for you when you order it. That means we don’t keep inventory on hand or send out pre-printed stock.

But we’re not monsters.

If your shirt doesn’t fit or something feels off, email us at orders@critical-lifts.com. We’ll help you out — whether that means a discounted replacement, store credit, or another creative solution.

If something arrives damaged or misprinted, that’s on us. Send us a photo and we’ll make it right ASAP.
